Software and Analysis:

Engineering Analysis Using FEM

Our team conducts finite element method (FEM) analysis for aircraft structural components and assemblies. We provide validated, documented outputs required for regulatory submissions and engineering decision-making.

Fracture Mechanics and Crack Growth

We perform fracture mechanics assessments and crack growth analysis in support of damage tolerance evaluations and regulatory compliance. Our work supports initial certification, continued airworthiness, and repair substantiation.

Static, Fatigue, and Damage Tolerance Analysis

Structural analysis covering static strength, fatigue life, and damage tolerance — conducted to the regulatory standards required by the FAA and international airworthiness authorities. Suitable for new designs, modifications, and major repairs.

In-house Developed and Validated Programs

AI-Assisted Engineering Analysis

V1 Aerospace applies artificial intelligence to support and accelerate engineering analysis across complex aviation programs. Our AI capabilities are built on a secure, purpose-built infrastructure designed to meet aerospace industry compliance and data protection standards. Our systems index technical documentation, historical service records, and internal engineering references, enabling faster retrieval of relevant data and more informed decision-making during active projects. AI-assisted analysis helps our engineers identify patterns across prior work, surface comparable service history, and reduce the time required to develop technically sound dispositions. This technology supports our engineering team. It does not replace it. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed and validated by our certified engineers before it becomes part of a deliverable.

Certification
FAA and EASA Partner

We manage the full certification process for aircraft repairs and modifications under FAA regulations. For EASA requirements, we work alongside our certified partners to ensure your project meets European airworthiness standards.

Static, Fatigue, and
Damage Tolerance Analysis

STC

Aircraft in Maintenance:

End of Lease Transactions:

Independent technical representation for aircraft end-of-lease transactions. We review maintenance records, assess aircraft condition, and represent your interests through redelivery negotiations and acceptance processes.

Aircraft Recovery:

Technical support for the recovery of aircraft that are grounded, detained, or stranded. We provide rapid assessment, regulatory coordination, and operational planning to get your asset moving again.

Aircraft Delivery:

Technical oversight and representation for aircraft deliveries — ensuring the aircraft conforms to agreed
specification, records are complete, and the handover process is managed to protect your position.
